The Australia-Vietnam School of English (AVSE) is committed to ‘doing the right thing’ – right away – when interacting with the Ministry of Education, parents, students and other stakeholders. We understand that all stakeholders have certain expectations of our school and where possible we aim to exceed these expectations.
We’ve implemented a range of strategies to ensure our services satisfy customer requirements in a systematic and reliable fashion. We ensure our education services are subject to ongoing review, are within predetermined specifications and exceed best practice principles.
Quality Assurance at the Australia-Vietnam School of English (AVSE) comes within the jurisdiction of our Chancellor, who provides ongoing advice to our Managing Director.
