The Australian International College of Language (AICOL) is fully accredited by the Australian Government to operate as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). TESOL certification awarded by AICOL comes within the jurisdiction of the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) – providing quality assurance and internationally recognised training. AICOL has granted permission to Red Kangaroo (Vietnam) to deliver its ‘methods for teaching English to speakers of other languages’ training package, at the Australia-Vietnam School of English (AVSE) in Ho Chi Minh City. Completion of the AICOL training package in Ho Chi Minh City, leads to internationally recognised TESOL certification.

Affiliation with Red Kangaroo (Vietnam)

Red Kangaroo is AICOL’s affiliate in Vietnam and the parent company of the Australia-Vietnam School of English (AVSE) in Ho Chi Minh City. The Australia-Vietnam School of English (AVSE) is fully registered by the Ministry of Education in Vietnam to operate as an English Language Center. Registration was achieved in October 2009 for a 5-year period following a comprehensive application procedure, which included among other issues, independent evaluation of the:

• English language courses offered at the Australia-Vietnam School of English (AVSE);
• Suitability of key personnel to provide the intended services;
• Workplace safety measures; and the
• Financial and legal status of the school’s parent-Company – Red Kangaroo Limited (Vietnam).
