AVSE Program Payments
Paying for your AVSE training program is simple and secure.
After receiving your enrolment form, AVSE staff will consider the information provided and contact you by email, typically within three working days. We will either offer you a place, invite you to join us for a discussion via Zoom, or respectfully decline your application with an explanation.
Payment arrangements vary depending on the program you choose.
In-Class TESOL Program: 3.5 Weeks in Phnom Penh
If you accept an offer for the In-Class TESOL Program, a US $750.00 deposit is required within seven days to secure your place.
The balance of your program fee is payable 14 days before the advertised start date of the in-class component of your TESOL course. This coincides with receiving access to the AVSE-TESOL Student Learning Portal containing course content and assessment tasks.
Hybrid TESOL Program: Online Theory + 9-Day Practicum
The full Hybrid TESOL Program fee is payable within seven days of receiving an offer.
Once your payment has been processed, AVSE-TESOL will provide access to our Student Learning Portal so you can begin the online component of your TESOL course.
Teaching Jobs Abroad Program: 9 Day Practicum in Phnom Penh
To secure your place in the Teaching Jobs Abroad Program, the full program fee must be paid within seven days of receiving an offer.
Confirmation of your place will be provided immediately after the payment has been finalised.

Regardless of which AVSE program you choose, you can use one of the payment options below.
Our preferred — and typically the least expensive — payment method is electronic bank-to-bank transfer. Please remember to allow for any international transaction or bank fees associated with your payment.

Payments to AVSE via PayPal incur a 3.2% handling fee. If you wish to make a payment by PayPal, you need to forward your PayPal linked email address to Peter Goudge at AVSE. Email: peter@avse.edu.vn
Upon receiving your PayPal linked email address, Peter will send you an invoice, including the 3.2% handling fee
Cash payment at AVSE in Phnom Penh, Cambodia (must be in US Dollars)
